Platform-wide usage reporting, tenant activity trends, capacity utilization, and global throughput dashboards.
Overview
The Analytics dashboard provides comprehensive platform-wide reporting. Accessible exclusively to Super Users via Analytics in the left sidebar.
The global Analytics view provides Super Users with strategic visibility into:
- Company-level usage metrics: Concurrent active users, storage volume, and task consumption across all customer tenants.
- User activity & productivity summaries: High-level system engagement metrics and peak working hours.
- Project and task throughput statistics: Aggregate completion rates, rejection ratios, and average turnaround timelines.
Tenant vs. Project Analytics Distinction
The Analytics section in the main sidebar provides cross-tenant, platform-wide
metrics for Super Users. For granular, project-level annotator and reviewer productivity metrics, see
Section 7.9 (Project Monitoring), accessible to
Company Admins and Project Supervisors.
