Interactive in-app guidance powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) trained directly on Tensoract platform documentation and operational workflows.

Overview

Tensoract includes a built-in AI Assistant that answers questions about the platform in real time, powered by a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system trained on this comprehensive documentation repository.

Accessing the AI Assistant

Click the Help icon (?) in the left sidebar at any time to expand the AI Assistant flyout panel.

Using the AI Assistant

Interactive Queries: Type your procedural or architectural question into the input field and press Enter or click Send.
Context-Aware Guidance: The assistant responds with actionable, step-by-step instructions, referencing specific chapters and permissions.
New Chat: Click the New Chat (+) icon to start a fresh conversation context.
Session Persistence: Chat history is automatically preserved per user per company session within your local browser storage.
